I just called the office to let them know I was in the ER Tuesday night so they could add it to my chart. The office Manager was so professional and compassionate! I have been a patient for several years and have even experienced the Dr following up when he was on vacation. They don't make Dr's like that any more!
Absolutely horrible staff. Whoever answered the phone is clearly having a bad day. She was definition of DISRESPECTFUL
Dr. Mark is so far the best doctor I have seen in AZ. I love that Guy .What's holding me back to go back to him as my PCP is the absolute arrogant behavior of, I believe his wife running the front office! She acts like she is the ultimate responsible. One time I was waiting for 30 minutes in the exam room and she did nothing to inform me!! Dr, Mark one time you asked what you should do!
