Great place. They got my BMW all fixed up and even did oil change. Very professional and knowledgeable about ALL BMW years, new and old. They have saved me a ton of money and time. So glad I found these guys. This is a great certified place thats a way better alternative to the dealership.
I had an amazing experience with Desert BMW. I was visiting from San Diego and needed a new battery for my 2020 BMW X5. I was limited on time and they fit me in no problem. Jacob greeted me as I walked in and he provided superb customer service. They have a very comfortable waiting area. While waiting for my car it was a pleasure chatting with Jacob. They had me in and out in less than an hour. Very reasonable price for replacing my starter battery and coding it. I highly recommend this shop!
