Shawn was very responsive to the call and text message sent to him. They gave us a couple of quick options to repair the shade in our master bedroom. When running a little late, they texted to let us know. Shawn is very knowledgeable, personable, and the repair was done quickly. The shade is probably on its last legs, and Shawn gave us an idea of how much it would be to replace the shade. Would recommend highly.
