a few days late, but i still wanted to say, i had recently put a maintenance request for my fan to be fixed. i must say, sam and her customer service were beyond what i had expected. she replaced my fan in just a few minutes, absolutly knew what she was doing. i was pretty amazed. very friendly, and able to communicate with. i am grateful to be in an apartment where people actually care, and take the time to actually fix the problems i may have. so thank you sam. i am grateful that you are a part of the desert bay team where... read more
I had a ceiling fan that shorted out When Samantha worked with they determined u needed a new fan They completed it them and there making a couple of trips to get what they needed Samantha is a great supervisor Jordon was with her and she gave him very specific instructions as a training process he is a good worker I was impressed Thank you!

I am so happy with the work that Samantha the maintenance lady did for me. She really is a special person. Thanks again Samantha if I ever have another maintenance request I will definitely be asking for her. Thanks desert bay job well done!!!!
