DON’T move here!!! I’ve made the mistake of coming back. Rent might say one thing but once posted is another. With them adding on.. pest control, admin fee, water, sewer, trash, property damage mitigation.. base rent is 1240 and I’m paying over 1400 for a 3 bedroom apartment that wasn’t even remodeled. I was told only about 65 dollars more on my rent each month not $160. When I moved in it was dirty. Nails all over the place. A big hole behind the master bedroom door. They painted over granite…. Lived here for over a year and both pools and jacuzzis have never been clean and working half the laundry machines don't work The ones that do work damage your clothes and they've raised the prices per load... nothing works in the gym here besides the cable machines..trash is constantly overflowing all over property... there's many water leaks all over the property especially at the building I live in I'm paying for the water leak that they don't want to fix.Every work order I put in has been a terrible experience most of th... read more
Soo..I have been here for going on three years now. And I must say this is by far the best apartments I have ever lived in..this is a quiet community,no rif raf or much disturbance..thee people in the office are excellent.. Sergio by far us thee best I do have to say .he has been here since day one of me moving in here three years ago..and I must say,he is by far thee best.. Always takes care of my needs,any problems,they are fixed within a timely manner.. Sergio is absolutely the reason I am still here in these apartments..... read more
