Maintence workers work hard. They seem to enjoy their work and are very kind. The maintenance supervisor is awesome! She listens well and clarifies what she thinks you said, so that the outcome is what the tenant wants. She shows good caring, concern and makes sure that the job is done well! I love how the maintenance and the office staff are always so cheerful! They also know my name, they've always known my name, that's amazing. Thanks for making me feel good by knowing my name!
Lots of police activity. Unsupervised youth stealing other tenants cars. This place is horrible. Do not trust the management and the recent positive reviews are lies!!!
Lmao. Desert bay is a joke. Go somewhere else where they care about maintenance of their grounds and units. The roads are HORRIBLE, big pot holes all through the community especially driving up to the apartment at the top. Kids couldn’t even ride bikes properly. Trash overflow and no one seems to care. I’ve counted 3-4 dead birds laying around for weeks, going on a month and no one picked it up (my son seen one on a walk and was mortified). Some units are roach infested. Desert Bay is under new management and it is great!!!! We’ve been here two years and we love our new home!! We have a year lease unlike some places it’s month to month. The office personnel are great. Always smiling and always willing to help!! Sergio is the best!! We appreciate the way you guys run your team!!
