My BMW went into limp mode with a transmission issue. So the car is not drivable. I called the phone number listed on the website and it says the voicemail box is full. I cannot get in contact with the shop nor can I drive there. This shop was recommend by a friend of mine to get my BMW fixed. How am I supposed to contact the shop when their phones don’t work?
I was driving from Pennsylvania through North Carolina to the Florida Keys to spend the 4th of July when my clutch went out completely in my 1997 BMW Z3 at about 5:30 in the morning. After being told it would be hours to get towed I started looking for a garage to tow my car to.
