Joe is a terrific guy who fixed our car after another mechanic was unable to find the problem. Recommended as someone I feel can be trusted to do the job right at a reasonable cost.
I can’t say enough about Joe. I’m active duty and he quickly coded a battery for me on my E90 after I replaced it following a year stationed in Korea. Most recently, I didn’t have time to service the transmission fluid and mechatronic sleeve on my wife’s X5 so he got us in. When he finished he was open and honest about the labor and REALLY took care of us on pricing. I will be going back to him again for my suspension on my E90 before I head back to Florida for retirement. THANK YOU JOE!!!
My BMW brakes went out and I couldn’t afford dealer prices where I normally take my vehicle. I googled BMW mechanics near me and the first one who came up was Desert Bavarian and others as well but this one caught my attention. I took a chance and called. My BMW went into limp mode with a transmission issue. So the car is not drivable. I called the phone number listed on the website and it says the voicemail box is full. I cannot get in contact with the shop nor can I drive there. This shop was recommend by a friend of mine to get my BMW fixed. How am I supposed to contact the shop when their phones don’t work?
