I absolutely love this gym! It's a small, private space owned by a lovely couple, and it's all free weights, which I love. The privacy really helps me feel at ease since I struggle with social anxiety. I rarely see a crowd, and when I do, it's always the same friendly faces, which makes it feel like a community. I first joined in August of last year because I saw a post on Instagram. I was able to reach out and Melanie answered back and let me know I was welcomed to try out one of her Saturday sessions.
