Had some coolant leaking on the Jeep, they found a little crack in my radiator and got it all taken care of. Everything running nice and cool! Added: a year later, another Yuma summer, another overheating jeep. Curtis fixed things up great, but what I really appreciate is him showing me the old part and explaining it to me. If you have engine issues, you won't go wrong giving these guys a call.
I went here to have my transmission looked at due to lights on dash. I even explained what it was doing. I had an appointment. I get there the guy wasn't there, his worker was. He wasn't aware I had an appointment. The owner was away getting parts. He called him, said he didn't remember talking to me. I told him the code my car was giving me. We took our older Dodge Ram truck in for a new starter, filters & oil change and to have our brakes checked (had work done on them in Oregon and we had them smoke a bit). The gentleman took our reservation, took our truck in right away, called us with what they saw / thought / price and had it done in a few hours. We will definitely use them again!

I can't say enough good things about Desert Automotive and Diesel in the Yuma Foothills. They recently replaced the known-problematic DCR fuel pump in my F-350 with the far superior S&S fuel pump, and the peace of mind that upgrade gave me is truly priceless. Their work was professional, efficient, and done right the first time.
