So my experience with this company has 2 parts. I used this company 2 times, first time was awesome. The second time however has been nothing but horrible and irritating. I was first promised by an employee Gene that I would get a check when they did the install for using their service a second time after they called me trying to strum up business. Jim and his team were amazing. They walked us through the process and made us feel very comfortable. The installer was very polite and did and amazing job. Whenever my friends and family needs a windshield replaced we call Desert Auto Glass.
