Our homeowners insurance referred this company and they have a 48 hour call policy for scheduling. However after more than a week of calling them they have never called back to schedule an appointment to come for the repair. Needless to say, we’ve missed being able to cook through Christmas and now won’t be able to cook meals through New Years. I called 2/12/21 in the AM and then before 5PM and left two messages. They advertise they are open M-F 8-5PM but I received No call back. They are listed out of Yucaipa and I wanted to make sure they serviced the Palm Springs area. After reading the reviews and no call returned, I had my home warranty company change the Vendor. Sears has always been reliable.

Had the technician come out to repair a wine center in counter cooler. He said he Installed a circuit board that cost $260. The wine center never worked, had to call several time to get a return call. When I finally got the business manager on the phone, she said it was probably the compressor and it's not worth repairing. No offer to send the technician back out to check the unit. Complete scam job, not even sure if any repairs were ever made. NEVER use this service again.
