The Dr. was fine. The office staff was terrible and billing was terrible. They had me pay cash pay for services. I paid the total bill on my debit card of $81, they then billed me for more in the mail saying they wanted $4 more. They said they billed the wrong amount at the time. I told them I paid it and they made a $4 error. They insisted that I pay more after the fact. Then they doubled it to $8 and threatened to add $25 every month until I paid. Not Professional in the least – I've been to this group several times and each and every time I experience the exact same thing. They will grant you an appointment rather quickly. The wait is not too long. However, the girls at the front counter are always laughing, throwing pens at each other and carrying on like schoolgirls at a pajama party.
