I called and spoke to a woman named Debbie on the phone and she was really rude to me. She wouldn’t even answer my question because of how busy they are. I asked if they have a certain thing in stock and she said that I would have to come in and see if it’s available instead of just checking for me to see if they have what I am looking for.
I love the fact that there's a bookstore that you can go into that has thousands of volumes of whatever you can think of. Although one thing I'm going to mention is that they are not set up by author or name of the volume. I had to go to the front desk to ask them to find The two biographies that I wanted And they didn't even know where they were
