Deseo has changed management, and the improvement is noticeable. The staff now answers the phones, emergencies are addressed right away, and the customer service is much better and more satisfactory. The previous management company “GreyStar”, the staff at that time were very rude to tenants.
I’ve been staying at Deseo since 2020 and never had an issue until I transfer until a different unit on the first floor a few months ago. Since September, I’ve dealt with ant problems, mildew in the freezer ice, backed up sewage which went all over the kitchen floor, cabinets, and into my bedroom. Which resulted in me throwing away my rugs. No one came to clean it up until a week later and I had to f/u. When they came they didn’t even clean.. just painted over the cabinets that turned black.
