I am being charged a reletting fee because I had to cancel my move-in. My lease had not started yet and still has not. They want to keep my original $941 of move-in costs because “they are willing to accept the payment that has already been received as fulfillment of this obligation.” The obligation being, they “are not” charging me a reletting fee…. So what is the reason for them to keep my money?? Again, I never moved in and I canceled my move-in before my move-in date.
Great experience so far! The property is clean, well maintained and feels safe. Management has been super helpful and responsive which makes a big difference. Really looking forward to the pool renovation being completed!
If I could give half a star I would. This complex sucks. I do NOT recommend

I love the apartments and I’m glad I live here they have amazing service but I don’t like how one gate always stays open it’s a major hazard the complex already got broken into once and some of my valuables were stolen but they weren’t that hard to replace all I ask is they fix the gate please I don’t want to get robbed again or hire security
