We arrived around 5:15 p.m. on July 9th to tour a two-bedroom apartment, well before the office’s posted 6:00 p.m. closing time. I went in first and was told by the leasing agent, Briana, that I couldn’t tour because I didn’t have an appointment. I apologized and asked what time they closed, and she said 6:00 p.m., but that they had move-ins scheduled for the rest of the day. Would leave zero stars if I could! Absolutely horrible service by the staff who literally locked the door and REFUSED to let us into the lobby without an appointment! Tried to develop my own opinion of this community despite all the negative reviews. Today behaviors by “Briana” (doubt she even gave her real name) tells me that this is not the place anyone should call home. What a shame this is how Deseo chooses to treat potential prospects. I couldn’t even imagine the neglect the real residents get.

Estoy contenta con el mantenimiento de la piscina y las áreas comunes. Grabiel Tulena mantiene todo limpio ordenado y agradable para los residentes. Se nota su esfuerzo que pone diariamente. Gracias por hacerlo posible tenerlo asi.
