Would not recommend working here unless it's a last resort. Not only is there no HR, his wife owns the company just so he can clame it as "minority owned" and get tax breaks. He know's absolutely NOTHING about machining, he'll have you run Titanium like its Aluminum and wonder why the tools broke, and when the program crashes into the part because he contracts out his Programing he'll try to blame you.
