Disappointed communication with Descript. I signed up for what i believe is a 30 day trial, i am using the software, got charged immediately, reached out, and instead of communicating they just cancelled it.
I've been trying to cancel for 90 days, i've sent every thin requested and no response. I Have 3 email address' an not one will log me in this is incredibly frustrating. I want my money back or 3 free months, I would like to try you product as i see good reviews but this is horrible customer service
Terrible software and even more terrible customer service. I cancelled my subscription on time within 7 days free trial period, but then I was charged 35 USD for no reason. First customer support confirmed I am right, when I ask to refund me the money, another person says I should have asked within 48 hours as per refund policy. But according to the refund policy, I’m supposed to be subscribed to the plan, BUT I WAS NOT!!! Now, I have to discuss back and forth with them with no result.
