Bad experience with customer service. I called in for a part and they said they don’t carry it, and I kept asking if they have an alternate part that’s universal, and they kept saying “I’ll leave it up to you”, whatever that means. Wasn’t willing to do any digging for me. Very short with me, I guess I’ll go back to Emco.
Bad customer service, they talk to you like your stupid
They gave me helpful information on where to find the product I was looking for as they did not carry it. They have helped me other times I needed plumbing supplies not offered by other stores. They sell mostly to contractors but will sell to the public also
Thank you guys so much you saved me hours of work when you found the old shower part I needed that no where else in town had thank you again!
