I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for custom doors they have great prices and put the doors together in their shop so they are able to do so many different things. Great people!
DWD's customer service has been above and beyond. The company is a distributor, not an installer. So when Tim took time out of his day more than once to help us out on-site, we were impressed. Truly excellent customer service, on top of the company's extensive product offerings. Highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. They also go out of their way when I need anything at all.
They left our doors out in the rain without letting us know that they were throwing them out. After calling and talking with Rob one of the owners he noted we should have asked for our property back and did not take accountability for the lack of of professionalism in not communicating with us about them doing that without asking if we wanted them back. When asking for them to give us the the same doors he refused to paint them. While we could have gone to small claims, it didn't seem worth $500, but definitely worth letting... read more
