The entire team here made my kids feel welcomed and comfortable. Cortney at the front desk/scheduling is incredible and so thorough. Dr. Swan is patient and makes sure our kids are comfortable and that we feel good about the plan. We’ve had our concerns listened to and addressed and never been pushed or made to feel weird about our preferences. We have also had Dr. Hansen for anesthesiology and both times he has gotten right down on the floor with the kids and ensured they were comfortable with him before proceeding.
This is the second kiddo we have brought in for an anesthesia dental appointment- everyone is incredible. Cortney was patient and despite my neurotic tendencies and nerves she explained everything and remembered little details about our talks. Dr. Hanson the anesthesiologist is an absolute expert at managing my Velcro toddler. My daughter went under anesthesia to have cavities filled here. Tiffani & Courtney were so helpful with helping her to stay calm, scheduling our appointment, and checking up on her after her appointment. The dentist & anesthesiologist did a wonderful job as well, helping her to enjoy her visit, and singing to her as she fell asleep. They also walked us (the parents) through the whole process and the steps before bringing her back. Although we didn’t go with her, we could tell that she was in great hands. A little back story first, 2 years ago I got really sick and was busy fighting for life and while my 3 little dudes were young. My youngest his teeth took a hit while I was sick and we had to get his teeth fixed up. I was really nervous at first but once we walked in Cortney greeted us, she was so kind and sweet while I cried my eyes out.
