Monica did a great job of answering my anxious son’s questions and explaining everything that would happen to him in advance, in a way he could understand it. Both were great with handling kids. I haven’t had the same experience as most reviews. My kids have been seen for 3 years for cleanings, covered 100% by Delta Dental. This year we got a bill saying we owed money for x-rays that happened two years ago. I called Delta and they informed me this was a coding/billing audit and the provider is responsible for this charge, not me, the patient. I have called numerous times over the last few months and have explained the situation. They say they will look into it, but no phone call back, no one ever answers the phone w... read more
