I’ve been really disappointed with my last few visits at the DOC clinic. I’ve noticed the last few years the service has been steadily declining and this morning I was treated downright rudely. It felt passive aggressive, lacking empathy and completely uncalled for. I felt like I was not listened to and to put the icing on the cake, I heard a particular staff member I’m not going to name whisper side comments from behind the desk. The service is outstanding, and the prices cant be beat
These folks are always helpful, friendly and willing to take the time to answer questions... Great Job!!!!
