I cannot recommend Attorney Ben Cushman enough. I came to him completely overwhelmed after my former property management tried to charge me thousands of dollars in wrongful move-out fees. Ben helped me a few years back and really helped me deal with slumlords. They didnt care that my apt smelled like sewer, once I notifed the AG they started coming out in the middle of the night to try and fix the BROKE SEWER LINE under the apt nextdoor. I had all the photos I thought I needed, but when I called Ben for a consult he IMMEDIATELY came over and assesed the problem himslef and started helping with the appropriate legal procedures. Took a week to respond to my email. Couldn't leave a voice message, the mail box for that number was full. Guess they are so fabulous they need to hire more help. I didn't bother to call back. They said I didn't need to unless I hadn't found anyone else. Not impressed.
