Really great in person and love going in for appointments, not a huge fan of phone calls. They never pick up, it takes forever to get a hold of them.
Extremely professional and courteous staff, as well as being excellent at what they do!
I don't write many online reviews but I was compelled to do so today due to both the professionalism and all around good nature of Dr. Jane Birschbach who is not only an excellent doctor but also just a jolly nice lady. She went out of her way today to help ensure I can be the happiest and healthiest version of me. The whole team at Deschutes county public health were a pleasure to work with. The lady on the front desk is very welcoming. I cant recommend them more highly. Thanks, Rich
