bro I went there and they told me I was making excuses while I tried to explain that my emotional and physical state made it hard for me to keep a log of my eating (as advised by my nutritionist) they told me I was making excuses. then when I went to leave w my mom in a hurry because we had an urgent fire evacuation and had to race home to grab my brother+our pets, before we left one of the women grabbed my mom and said “make sure she stays in school no matter what🥺”. Despicable. Not only are the staff members incredibly rude and inconsiderate, but there were roaches swarming the place. Please, do yourself a favor and never come here—for your mental and physical health.

The stabilization center is "very picky" about who they help. I've been told twice by two different staff members during two different attempts to access services that you must be able to hold your composure while there or you can't be there. Why do the police,St.Charles hospital,DCBH continue to refer my L.O. here when he is in crisis and needs stabilization when they won't help and offer no other alternatives?
