I was very disappointed in my eyeglass prescriptions and the follow-up, which was perfunctory at best. My glasses were not tested for fitting accuracy and Dr. Deschenes insisted that the prescription was correct. Her office staff seemed very lackadaisical, chatting among themselves the whole time I was waiting.

I have been seeing Dr. Deschenes for several years. Dr. Deschenes always take the time and personal care with her patients to make certain they receive the proper attention and support. Occasionally, not always, this causes a delay in the waiting room as it can with any Dr. who cares about their patients, it is worth the wait, you know you will not get rushed out the door if you need the personal attention.
