Nothing less than great! The doctor listens to you, establishes good communication with his patients. The staff are in point, always, and very nice. Highly recommend!
I had high hopes for Dr Deschamp. Unfortunately, both him and his staff proved to provide substandard care. After having blood work done twice and being told I would be contacted to discuss the results, in both instances and after a month of no contact from their office I had to call them myself. They acted like it was someone else's fault that they dropped the ball. I've been a patient over 6 years as he moved 3 times during that time, seeing for routine semiannual blood work, treat internal medicine Has office assistant Georgina who doesn't speak English, and Xiomara who is receptionist, refills prescriptions, schedules appointments, billing, insurance coverages, etc. Too much for 1 person. Publix pharmacist has to resend refill requests since they just backup at the Dr's end due to a slow process.
