Had claim that was denied for water. Call they told me nothing could do have go with what allstate said. Nice people but why have agent if nothing can do for you.

If we call we get help right away. We appreciate that. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with this staff and Allstate the company. We are always being asked why don't we check around for a cheaper rate with a different insurance company. That answer is "why would we do that, when the service that we receive is excellent. And we don't feel that we are overpaying for that service.
