I'm giving a review on a Flower basket I recieved for the Celebration of life of my late husband. Delivered and Made by Descanso Florist and Collectibles. I live wayy out in the Desert of Julian if you knew the area, you'd understand. Pretty far for any florist to deliver this far. The flowers basket I recieved was absolutely beautiful! ♥️ The colors 5+ the fullness 5+ the freshness 5+ and friendliness of owner 5+ in all areas I give a 5+. I will most definitely shop here for my future flowers. ♥️
I received the most amazing floral arrangement. It was absolutely stunning. And the fresh flowers have lasted nearly two weeks, even though I didn’t follow their simple care instructions. If I had, they would have lasted another month, I’ll bet. Thank you for your care in selection and arranging, plus your prompt and courteous delivery!!
Placed online order to cheer up a friend. Ordered the "exquisite" bouquet, paid $153 including delivery fee. When my friend sent a thank you picture I was totally blown away... in a bad way. Not only was the arrangement NOTHING like the photo online, it was super small and skimpy. What the heck did I pay for??? Thier online policy is "call or email with in 5 days for a replacement or refund." Not only did I email multiple times, I called and the line was always busy... no reply to this day.
Beautiful shop & always beautiful florist work for any occasion…. I also work here on occasion and Carlotta is awesome to say the least :)
I ordered a valentine arrangement and it looked old and wrinkly... I was so disappointed. I called the owner but she offered no help.
