Called this company on Monday and they said they would ring back as soon as the electrician came in, it is now Thursday and we are still waiting, don't know how they get 5 stars.
Dean from Desap replaced a light fitting for my elderly mum and also took the time to move a trip hazard that I was unaware of to ensure she did not have an accident. Dean took videos of the work and the hazard and took pains to let me know what he had done. Highly recommended for both his work and care he took with my mum.
Usual excellent service from Dean and James. Always so professional and polite. A pleasure to have them in your home. Thank you.
