We love working with DeSantis Landscaping. We recently completed our third project with them. Our last project was a large one consisting of three retaining walls, 2 are 4 feet high and 70 feet long and one is 4 feet high and 20 feet long. They also added sod and eco-lawn to nearly a 3rd of an acre. They completed the work on the schedule they set up at the beginning and planned around our schedule. 7am sharp, every morning in a residential neighborhood. Truly the worst sort of business. I drove up to the guy doing the work this morning, he spoke zero English so I couldn’t even ask for some basic consideration. Hopefully the management staff will read this and stop being as s holes
Their work crews spray dust on pedestrians walking by job sites. Their crew is not aware of their surroundings. They are still using gas powered leaf blowers, which make it impossible for passing pedestrians to breath. Please be aware of your surroundings and be aware that others need to breathe. I am very upset currently, as you people have caused me to have an asthma attack. I wish the worst upon this companys ownership and hope that every day they struggle to breathe the way your employees make it so that I can't breathe.... read more
Desantis has been a constant source of frustration at my condo complex. They’ve been repeatedly asked to post signage or provide notice before spraying herbicides, and they still refuse — even though that’s a basic safety standard in any multi family residential setting. Today they were out spraying in 93 degree heat, which is not only unsafe (herbicides like Roundup can drift and lose effectiveness in high temps), but also inconsiderate to residents with pets, gardens, or health sensitivities.
