Good place for unloading. I came here today for 2nd time they unloading me within half hours. Good people too..
The worst. Well, maybe Estes is the worst and DeSantis comes into a close 2nd. Been waiting for my furniture to be delivered for over 10 days, and communicating with both delivery services is like going through a round-robin with no off-ramp . Took time off from work to accept my delivery and experienced unexplained delays, no thorough communication, no follow-up, and no accountability from either company. Now they're telling me it will be delivered within 24hrs, we'll see.
