My experience with Dr Desai was wonderful. He was caring, attentive , knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything without talking down to me, gave me options for treatment, and handled himself in the upmost professional manner. His staff was helpful with navigating insurance, polite and responsive. I have several chronic illnesses and see many specialists, and I wish they all were like Dr. Desai. No way does he deserve this low rating.
Called the office to see if I could get an appointment with Dr. Ho since several of my friends see him. I had seen Dr. Desai in 2018 and he threw me out of the office and called the police. I was 74, a little woman. It was a nightmare visit to say the least. But because I had made him so angry (I dared to want to be informed) he said I would never see another doctor in the practice. This is a follow up on the google review. A year after he completely went psycho on my family for mentioning Google (seeing his reviews on here it all makes sense now) and thus removing our grandmother from the practice, she was in FMH dying from pneumonia. Dr. Desai barred any pulmonologist from seeing her in the hospital in Frederick. Since ALL the pulmonologists in Frederick are in his practice, she died of pneumonia without being seen by ANY pulmonologist.
