It's early days but I have to say I am unsure why I didn't do this many years ago... Oh yeah because of cost. DES have transformed how I view electricity usage. Fact based evidence supplied by the team at DES convinced me to invest for the future. Process to get the panels and battery went smoothly with always being kept up to date on progress and the installation was faster and simpler than I imagined. Fantastic service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend DES. Really helpful and supportive explaining the different systems clearly. No pressure to buy either. Fantastic post installation support also. Staff really go out of their way to ensure the system functions as it should. Really happy with the system and paid almost nothing for electricity since installation (except the standing charge)
A Good Experience The installation was carried out very professionally and exactly to my requirements by DES personnel both on-site and in the office who were responsive and pleasant at all times. The system installed by DES that I have, has performed correctly from the outset and I have the comfort of knowing that should any problems or queries arise in the future DES will be there to advise. I can highly recommend DES to anybody who is considering installing a solar PV system.
Excellent work there did. Everything that was discuss even running cables in the loft space instead of running on the outside walls.
DES Renewable Energy are excellent. They came out to quote, did diligent checks to make sure they provided the best system for us, and took the time to explain everything after installation. They're large enough to provide a great service, but also small enough to care and look after the customer properly. First class staff, from the office to the engineer, they're helpful and knowledgeable. Don't waste time looking for another energy company - use DES Renewable Energy. You won't regret it.
