People who work there cleaning the cars are great, wash itself is not cleaned or kept well. Giant scratches through the side of my car last time I went, after being a customer for years. After a bit of arguing with a manager who refused to let me contact the owner he buffed out the giant scratches. Still have some damage after him buffing it where the scratches went deeper.
