I used to trust this location, as they gave me a lot of info about my car and were straightforward in service. This is no longer the case. Recently when I discussed my car's needs, I noticed they were trying to slip in things I knew my car didn't need. This was a big repair too. If you decide to go here, I would get a detailed invoice and get a second opinion from a friend or family.
I called Des Plaines Auto Clinic & Tire 7 am on a random Saturday November 2023. My boyfriend desperately needed his brakes fixed. I was told they were open then and we could bring the car in. We took the car in and had the brakes fixed and also had a tire patched. Great same day service. Fast forward to yesterday, my boyfriend needs another tire patched.
