Im very unhappy with the service and the produkt, after only two days the nailpolish started to flake off. The staff seem to be in a hurry to get to the next customer, they were not very customerfriendly. I am very disappointed and I vill not be back
I called to ask a simple question about whether foot scrub products were available for purchase, and instead of receiving assistance, my call was disconnected twice. Very disappointed with the customer service and professionalism. A respectful response goes a long way.
Long time Des Moines business. Same owner! Great pedicures. Great staff. But they need to dust. Otherwise clean.
I love this place! It’s my go to nail spot. The service is fabulous and the ladies that work here are so sweet. Fair prices, experienced nail techs. They check in often throughout the service to make sure that you like what you see. I’ve gotten manis and pedis here for several years off and on, and really prefer going here over most any nail salons!
I’m SO dissatisfied with my last shellac manicure. My nails started chipping just after 2 days. We left for the Holidays, so I couldn’t go back immediately which I shouldn’t have had to do anyway. And I own a business so my time is limited! My daughter & I have been going to your business for over 20 years. When I came back in to let Kim know, she treated me like I DID something wrong!
