We’ve been at our house about 19 years and it was the great blind factory that put our blinds in. They still look brand new now there’s some they have to be restrung, but that happens when everything gets older. I highly recommend people if they want blinds to check this place out the blinds are good and it’s not high priced like all these other places are.
8 to 12 weeks to receive a blind is ridiculous. Buyer beware, it takes this long to get a blind and I only ordered one small blind. This company either needs to hire more people to make them or make a bigger factory to keep up with the demand.
I would not recommend this company to ANYBODY!!!!!!! I have used them to furnish blinds in two different houses. I had a blind string break today and called to schedule a repair. I was quickly notified by a very snotty person on the phone that repairs were 3 to 4 months out as their industry was extremely busy and repairs were a low priority. I understand they want new business, but I would think that they would want to keep existing customers happy as well. I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anybody... read more
