I LOVED every single part of my experience here as a first timer! I met the Director of the operations and his name was Bobby! He is a wonderful man who helped me dearly finding a bike made for my weight, height, and other needs, especially at the right price which was $80 for the bike. I have not ridden a bike in quite some time now but, with enough support for spectacular humans like Bobby, I believe I can do anything now! Best bike Co-op around. Knowledgeable and caring staff. Prices on parts and accessories are absolutely unbeatable.
Used some B-cycles downtown. Their app is not user friendly and resulted in us getting charged twice for two bikes. I am working to get a refund and if I do, I will alter this rating
