i really appreciate Dart bus service however I was on route #5 to Merle hay mall on Dec 2nd 2025 and that bus was loaded with cockroaches, I've seen them on the bus before but not like this. these kind of roaches will get in your bags and transport to your house and hard to get rid of. i recommend pest control for the buses. i used to be a territory manager for a well known pest control company and i know what is up with these nasty bugs so please call for a estimate.

Personally witnessed drivers lying to customers, attempting to refuse service to black people because they had a bus pass that would not scan, and not assisting disabled passengers. Dispite numerous complaints to this business, they continue the bad behavior. I strongly advise against using their service if possible.
