Personally witnessed drivers lying to customers, attempting to refuse service to black people because they had a buss pass that would not scan, and not assisting disabled passengers. Dispite numerous complaints to this business, they continue the bad behavior. I strongly advise against using their service if possible.

If you are handicapped and not in a wheelchair, I don't recommend this service. The 7 bus tends to run about 5 minutes late. Some drivers of the 6 and 7 routes will deliberately pass a stop and force you to walk the extra distance to get where you are going. They will also stop the bus out away from the curb and force you to jump the distance. This happens to me, often when I am carrying bags and there is no excuse. Driver drove off within 10 seconds of arriving at my apartment for a scheduled pick up. I was actively walking down the stairs when I was a received a notice they had left. Drivers are incompetent, rude, and inconsiderate.
