Took all my information for a mobile car repair service saying they would schedule an appointment. Sent them my name, number, address, car number, email. Then they ghosted me, neither replied my call or text message. Waited 2 days and had to pay someone else to do the job. Unprofessional!

Towed my car there to get my accessory belt put back on and paid to get the issue diagnosed. They claimed it was oil on the belt causing it and belt came off a few days later. Took it to a different shop and in five minutes they diagnosed it being an issue with the tensioner and replaced it and haven't had issue since. They claim they said something about the tensioner but that's an outright lie. I was told specifically the tensioner was fine at the time of original "repair".
