Enver was amazing; the kebabs are delicious.
I visited your restaurant and, unfortunately, I was not fully satisfied with the quality of service and food. The vegetables served with the meat were cold. It seemed that they were prepared in advance and not freshly grilled at the same time as the shashlik or kebab. Normally, grilled vegetables are served hot, so this raised concerns about the quality of the serving process. The chicken meat looked fine on the outside, however, it was too moist inside.
