My experience is similar to the previous person, went for ball joints, and bush arms and was told it would take 5-7 business days for them to arrive and for my car to be done and it took over 20 business days, half the parts were 'wrong' or 'weren't there yet' but I was promised weekly that they were 'definitely arriving tomorrow' more than 5 times. Worst experience ever. I booked a service with them for arm bushes, ball joints, and sway bars replacement, and they postponed it three times without any prior notice. I waited three weeks for them to get the parts, and they never arrived. We even drove 40 minutes to get there, and they couldn’t be bothered to at least call and let us know the parts weren’t ready — wasting both our fuel and time. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Drive 200 meters more and get your work done at Gilbert Automotive instead.
