I am currently renting a property through Derwent Real Estate, and cannot recommend them highly enough. From day one, the entire team has been absolutely fantastic to work with - always professional, approachable and efficient. A special shout-out must go to Evan, who has been exceptional throughout my tenancy. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Whenever I have a question or maintenance request, Evan is incredibly responsive, helpful and genuinely invested in providing great service. It... read more
Taran and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with as i navigated purchasing my first home. I felt supported throughout the process and found them very responsive and patient. They were honest about the pros and cons of the property and checked in with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this real estate for property sales in the Derwent Valley.
Taran was amazing in helping us renovate, rent and then sell our property. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. He is very personable and we genuinely felt sad to say goodbye once our property was sold. Cannot recommend enough.
Taran is a great agent - worked very hard for us in a very tough market - communication was fantastic and friendly!
I used Taran and the team to sell my three properties in the Maydena area. I was using another RE agent, but I eventually switched to Derwent RE for both the rental and, finally, selling of the properties and, honestly, I couldn't have been happier. Taran and the team are very genuine and caring in an old school customer service kind of way. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning to sell.
