Jerry Well, I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service and respect that was afforded to my wife and I this morning when visiting the new retail location. My history with Derstler is extensive and my wife and I have literally spent over 20K dollars in the last 4 yrs. with this company. Friendly People This store has just moved to their new bigger location. Thinking they might be able to compete with Lowe's and Home Depot on their prices now. They have friendly workers and usually have what I'm looking for.
