Do not, I repeat, do NOT use these clowns to service your waste oil furnace! First of all, in years past, we have tried to get them to come service our furnace, after repeated calls over MONTHS, they never showed up. This year, we took our burner unit off of our furnace and sent it to them to get serviced and ready for use. They had it for over 2 months and when we got it back, it did NOT work AT ALL!!!
