My doctor unexpectedly left the practice. Staff was extremely dismissive and rude on the phone, constantly gave me attitude/acted annoyed that I was calling to schedule appointments or ask questions. I actually switched out of this practice because of how poorly the staff talked to me. Long wait times I got left in an exam room for so long that the lights shut off on me.
