I have been bringing my bird to DERRYDALE for several years, and over that time we built a strong bond with the doctor. It is extremely disappointing to now be informed that our services are being terminated simply because I voiced concerns about communication and service standards. On multiple occasions, I have waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. I’ve been taking my rabbits to Derrydale for 15 years and they are by far the best in the game! They treat your pet as their own, comfort you during loss and welcome new members of your fur family with open arms! As for pricing ( the reason for 4 stars ) it is high but you get what you pay for. I recommend Derrydale to any “exotic” pet parent!
