They were very unprofessional they were working with me for four weeks all I needed was a estimate and they had come out to check my unit and when I called to get it the man that is over the technicians asked if I would go somewhere else to get what I needed and I remind you I have no air. Just plain sorry. I used them because of some friends highly recommended them. But oh well still hot.
We bought A New A/C system and thermostat From Derryberry A/C Contractors after they installed collected our money They would not stay to see if it cooled or heated Which it did not after four attempts could not Get them to come out to get our unit cooling They ignored our phone calls I would never refer Anyone to use this company for anything I am really surprised they are in the a/c business still. I will definitely go through legal steps to get our Money back !!!
