- ridiculous amount of scheduling/paperwork errors (as mentioned in other reviews) - lack of compassion, respect and professionalism which is insane given the fact that this is neurology… You guys are dealing with neurology, recommend you hire people who understand what they are working with when speaking with and scheduling patients… people don’t come here because they have a cold, people look to come here to address significant conditions affecting the most vital part of the body. HORRIBLE STANDARD OF CARE This place is incredibly incompetent and uncaring about their patients. My father was referred here for major facial pain, paralysis and declining eye function. They ordered a spine/neck MRI in January and then never followed up to review the results. When he finally had his appt on Feb 12th, they called to say they needed to reschedule and pushed him weeks and weeks out. The times I was seen (twice), I had a good experience with the doctor. I went in today for an 8:40 appointment and arrived at 8:46. It took time for the receptionist to take the person ahead of me and then me which pushed back the time of my appointment. The receptionist was also new which may have made it a longer processing time. The policy states if you're MORE than 10 minutes late, you may be rescheduled. Cannot review the doctors because the office staff does not return calls to schedule appointments. My husband got a referral about a month ago from his PCP. He and I have both called and left messages. No one has returned any of our calls. We will be looking for a different neurologist.
The doctors are great! However, never sent paperwork to get lab tests done and took forever to get a sleep study done because of the lack of the officers staff doing their job. They don't call you back and hard to get a hold of. Office, incompetant!
