Dr. Lotey and his team are true compasionate souls. They have treated my dog and my family with kindness and care. The clinic is clean, and beautiful. Dr. Lotey is always availble and professional. I highly recomend Dr. Lotey and his clinic.
called this clinic asking for humane euthanasia for my extremely elderly, 2 lb dog who is clearly at the end of life — skin and bones, one back leg no longer working, severe dementia, and walking in constant circles. I wasn’t asking for treatment, just a peaceful end for a suffering animal. Instead of compassion, I was told an exam was required before euthanasia could even be considered — as if it wasn’t obvious the dog was in irreversible decline. My little one was very sick and Dr Lotey and staff have been amazing through out this difficult process . They checked up everyday on him . And when the time came they were so gentle, understanding and gave us the time we needed to process . Was very respectful towards our guy . Thank you for everything 🙏🏼
