Staff are always friendly. I like that you wait in the car so not not around other sick people.
Cannot fault this respiratory clinic. Have been here on 2 occasions for my baby boy and both times the nurses and doctors have been amazing. They have been so gentle with my son and gave me informative advice on how to care for him. Appointments are always on time unlike any other doctors clinics I have been to.
Attended clinic Christmas Eve with my 7 month old. The care we received when we arrived was exceptional. The njrse (Chrissy?) and doctor we saw were wonderful with my son and were thorough and efficient putting my mind at ease. Lovely service!
Go somewhere else if you want to get medical care. The doctor at this clinic is rude and yells at patients. We were asked to wait in our car and later by the door after telling the doctor our baby's symptoms. We waited outside in the rain for 10 minutes before the doctor let us in only to yell at us and argue who waited longer. The nurse and receptionist enabled the doctor's poor behaviour by telling us we should've been quicker by not using a pram for our baby. We were really uncomfortable and left.
Rude arrogant doctor (if that’s what you would call him) wouldn’t shut up and allow you to answer the questions he was asking and then continues to speak over you then asks…”so what do you want me to do?” You’re the ——doctor…. Well, so I thought. Go to the McDonalds drive thru, much more helpful
