I called and set up an appointment and they sent someone from Roto-Rooter. Not sure why they referred my business out to a separate company. The tech from Roto Rooter was nice but suggested paying $500 to replace a fairly new toilet instead of fixing the simple simple leak. I feel like I was trying to be sold a product instead of having my plumbing issue properly addressed.

I rang them up on a weekday afternoon and by 8am the next morning, they were here. I had previously tried to reach out to three other well-known plumbers in Douglasville, but all I got was their voicemails. Not one of them took the time to return my call, probably considering the job too insignificant to bother with.
