Once we began the home-buying process, Travis Wood was our main point of contact and was always helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Their team made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. We will NEVER choose another mortgage company. Neither will our family or friends if we have anything to do with it. Derrick and Sara were absolutely amazing! We reached out to them out of desperation after another loan officer severely let us down at the last minute, and they truly saved the day. Tony and Jamie were wonderful throughout the whole process. I never had a reason to be nervous or uncomfortable asking questions. Jamie responded very quickly to my texts and emails, always the same day, even if she had a very busy day. Tony always returned my phone calls the same day. I had an awesome experience with the Polder Group and CrossCountry. But, I would like to thank the Yuma team, Spencer for the assistance and especially Manny Rios. It was Manny that took me to the finish line with such determination and knowledge. Without him, I dont know if I would have made it mentally. He worked 24/7 with me.
